Abstract:
To facilitate coating of a rotor, to dispense with coating of a rotor chamber, to improve a radiating function of heat, and reduce cost.
This fluid machinery comprises rotors 7 and 9, a casing having the rotor chamber 23 for storing the rotors and inlet and outlet of fluid, a timing gear set for synchronously rotating the rotors not to contact tooth traces 35 and 37 of the rotors 7 and 9 with each other. The tooth trace 35 of the rotor 7 is provided with a coating film 61 on its drive surface including tooth tips, and the tooth trace 37 of the rotor 9 is provided with a coating film 63 on its coast surface including tooth tips.
