PURPOSE: To reduce the cost of the construction of fluidization furnaces, by eliminating the need for installing conveyors for returning fluid media evary furnace by collecting fluid media recovered to one location and by distributing them into each furnace in response to the levels of fluid beds.
CONSTITUTION: When fluidization furnaces 1a, 1b are brought to operation condition and urban garbage is charged into the furnaces, the garbage is stirred and burnt in fluidization layers, and discharged from cut-out ports 2a, 2b. Incinerated resindues and fluid media are separated by means of a vibrating screen device 6, and fluid media are discharged from a discharge port 6b and sent into a storage tank 10 by means of a conveyor 8 for return. During that time, the levels of fluid beds in the furnaces, the heights of fluid bads, are transmitted to computing means 15a, 15b as signals by means of pressure detectors 14a, 14b, and obtained as operaion. Consequently, the quantities of fluid media charged into each furnace are varied by operating cut-out quantity adjusting means 12a, 12b, thus maintaining the levels, then eliminating the need for conveyors every furnace.
