Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid mixing mechanism which, in the step of obtaining a fluid material prepared by mixing several types of fluid materials in order to cause a chemical reaction, or the like, for obtaining a polyurethane, or the like, can efficiently, uniformly, and homogeneously mix the fluid materials with each other. SOLUTION: This mechanism comprises a main feed pipe 14 that feeds a first fluid material under pressure, at least one subsidiary feed pipe 16 that feeds a second fluid material, a premixing chamber 18 used for the temporary hold of or both the temporary hold and the premixing of the second fluid material fed from the pipe 16, and a nozzle 20 that communicates with the premixing chamber 18 through a through-hole 20a and ejects and diffuses the first and the second fluid materials to uniformly mix them with each other.
