To provide a fluid non-contact pump preventing a piston and a diaphragm on a pump side from coming into contact with a feed fluid.

This fluid non-contact pump is constituted based on the idea that a diaphragm pump half body for feeding a fluid is connoted with a driving pump half body applying the pump action to the diaphragm pump half body. The diaphragm pump half body has a fluid section and discharge chamber partitioned by a diaphragm to vary a volume by the elastic deformation of the diaphragm, an inlet flow passage connected with the fluid suction and discharge chamber through a check valve allowing only a stream of fluid in the direction toward the fluid suction and discharge chamber, and an outlet flow passage connected through a check valve allowing only a stream of fluid in the direction of coming out of the fluid suction and discharge chamber. The driving pump haft body has a pressure chamber having a diaphragm deformation chamber positioned on the opposite side to the fluid suction and discharge chamber across the diaphragm of the diaphragm pump half body and a pump increasing and decreasing a pressure in the pressure chamber periodically to deform the diaphragm and vary a volume of the fluid suction and discharge chamfer to large an small values.
