Abstract:
To provide a fluid operation machine which can improve volumetric efficiency at a pumping operation, can reduce power consumption, and can avoid an unintended non-operation of a valve.SOLUTION: A fluid operation machine comprises: a low-pressure valve for controlling the communication of a cylinder chamber and a low-pressure port; a high-pressure valve for controlling the communication of the cylinder chamber and a high-pressure port; a valve unit including a solenoid for closing the low-pressure valve, and a magnetic armature; a control part for controlling electricity-carrying to the solenoid for opening and closing the low-pressure valve in the valve unit; and a sensor for detecting the opening/closing of the high-pressure valve. The control part dynamically adjusts the timing of the electricity-carrying to the solenoid at a pumping operation of the fluid operation machine on the basis of information from the sensor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
