Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid pressure actuator capable of achieving stabilization of a pressure in a pressure chamber located above and below by sandwiching a piston in a cylinder.SOLUTION: A piston 3 is supported movably in a state of being in non-contact with a cylinder 2 via a first fluid bearing B1 formed by a fluid K flowing into a gap between a first port 8 and a third port 10 from a first pressure chamber P1, and a second fluid bearing B2 formed by the fluid K flowing into a gap between a second port 9 and the third port 10 from a second pressure chamber P2. The piston 3 includes: a first outer peripheral part 3a at the position in which the first fluid bearing B1 is formed; a second outer peripheral part 3b at the position in which the second fluid bearing B2 is formed; and a diameter-reduced portion 3c whose diameter is reduced further than that of the first outer peripheral part 3a and the second outer peripheral part 3b between the first outer peripheral part 3a and the second outer peripheral part 3b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
