PURPOSE: To restrain the operation stroke of an operation member from increasing more than is needed by increasing the elastic energizing force acting on the accumulator piston of a stroke accumulator when the output fluid pressure of a fluid pressure supply source is dropped abnormally.
CONSTITUTION: When a break pedal 1 is pedaled in, the output fluid pressure of a fluid pressure supply source 3 is controlled by a controlled fluid pressure output unit 2 in response to this pedaling amount and the controlled fluid pressure is supplied to plural break devices BFL-BRR. Meantime, the fluid pressure of the unit 2 is supplied to a stroke accumulator 1131 and the operation stroke of the break pedal 1 is controlled. In this case, in the stroke accumulator 1131 an elastic energizing force acting by the approach to a back up piston 1181 and an accumulator piston 116 following the fluid pressure abnormal drop of a pilot room 117 is increased more than when the fluid is normal. Thereby, the operation stroke can be restrained from increasing more than is needed.
