Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a fluid pressure controller which maintains excellent control performance despite the fluid pressure (target pressure) of a fluid line and the variation of a valve passage flow rate of a control valve.
SOLUTION: This device performs feedback control of pressure Pb of a port 6 of a proportionally electromagnetic pressure control valve 1 which is on the side of an oil pressure actuator 3 so that the pressure Pb can coincide with a pressure command Pbr. In such cases, a reference valve position command xdr, that is calculated by a control arithmetic circuit 11 based on the deviation between the pressure Pb of the port 6 and the pressure command Pbr, is corrected into a corrected valve position command xrc in accordance with the change of direct current gain of control objects (the actuator 3, a valve (constricted part) 14 and a valve position control circuit 13) by providing a correction circuit 12.
