To provide a fluid pressure cylinder at low cost by reducing the number of components and moreover reducing assembling man-hour at the time of manufacture.

The fluid pressure cylinder 1 is provided with a piston 4 which is inserted in interior 2 of a cylinder tube 3 and a piston rod 6 which comprises a shaft-like body integrally forming a tip portion 5 projecting from the cylinder tube 3. The piston 4 is configured so that a copper alloy is deposited on outer peripheral surface and a piston packing 8 is fitted in a packing groove 7. The tip portion 5 projects from one end of the cylinder tube 3 and is carried by inside 91 of a sleeve 9. Rod packings 94, 95 are provided on the inside 91 of the sleeve 9.
