Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the entire length of a fluid pressure cylinder.SOLUTION: An inside cylinder 40 and a pneumatic supply rod 22 are coaxially arranged respectively in an outer cylinder 10 and an inner cylinder 40. Moreover, a first piston 30 is arranged between the pneumatic supply rod 22 and the inner cylinder 40, the side of one face (hydraulic face) of the first piston 30 in the inner cylinder 40 is made an air pressure chamber 80 whereas the other side face is made a first hydraulic chamber 81. A second piston 50 is arranged between the outer cylinder 10 and the inner cylinder 40, such a face side of the second piston 50 in said two cylinders 10 and 40 as faces in the same direction as that of the oil pressure face of the first piston 30 is made a second oil pressure chamber 82. In the inner cylinder 40, there is formed a communication hole 44, to which oil OL to be charged in the first hydraulic chamber 81 and the second hydraulic chamber 82 moves to transmit a negative pressure. Thanks to this constitution, it is possible to shorten the total length of the hydraulic cylinder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
