Abstract:
It is correctly determined whether or not a flow rate control valve is in an abnormal state due to working fluid leakage. A fluid pressure drive apparatus (1) comprises: the flow rate control valve having a first movable part and controlling a discharge amount of the working fluid in accordance with a position of the first movable part; an actuator having a second movable part capable of changing position in accordance with the discharge amount of the working fluid from the flow rate control valve; and an abnormality determination part (4a) for determining whether the abnormal state of the flow rate control valve has occurred based on the correlation between an actual position of the first movable part for discharging the working fluid and displacement velocity of the second movable part.
