To eliminate a limitation on design of a passage form and to prevent contamination of a fluid by forming plural holes in metal plates penetrating from the surfaces thereof, and joining a metal plate provided with a passage communicated with the holes penetrating from the surface between the metal plates.
A fluid pressure manifold 1 is formed by three metal plates 2a, 2b, 2c. Plural holes 3a, 3b are bored in the metal plates 2a, 2c which form the surface. A piping, a valve or the like are connected to the holes 3a, 3b through a fitting and gasket. Generally, a piping is connected to one plate 2a, and a valve is connected to the other metal plate 2c. Plural passages communicating with the holes 3a, 3b of the metal plates 2a, 2c are formed out of contact with the other passage in the metal plate 2b. The respective passages are penetrated vertically from the surface of the metal plate 2b not to be open to the side surface of the metal plate 2b.
