PURPOSE: To obtain the position of an operating pedal, having high easiness with which operator can operate according to his constitution, by a method in which a part of a rocking part to be coupled with a height regulator is moved to any direction of upward and downward directions to adjust the height of the pedal.

CONSTITUTION: A fixer 40 is made up of a rocking part 50 in which the bar-like shaft 112 of a pedal 20 is supported by one end 53, the other end 52 is rotatably attached through a support shaft 521 to a bracket 51, and a guide shaft 530 coupled with the guide hole 621 of a height regulator 60 is projectionally provided and a height regulator 60 having a horizontal portion 61 with a long hole 611 to be thrust with a fixing bolt 612 and a vertical portion 62 with the guide hole 621. The bolt 612 fixed to a vehicular body A is loosened, and the height regulator 60 is moved within the range of the long hole 61 to vertically move the end 53 of the rocking part 50 in a rocking manner around the support shaft 521 under guidance of the guide shaft 530 through the guide hole 621, so that the height of the pedal 10 is adjusted.
