PURPOSE: To attain weight reduction of PC members, reduction of transport cost, and shortening of a process, by arranging a PC member of recessed section opening upward on a fitting position, wiring PC cables in the recessed section in an out cable system and tensely joining with fitting members.
CONSTITUTION: A girder 2 of precast PC is installed on pillars 1. At this time, the girder 2 is worked into a recessed section, and a diaphragm 3 provided with second cable inserting holes 16 and third cable inserting holes 17 is previously executed. Joint mortar is filled in the joint parts between the pillars l and the girder 2. Next the second cables 4 are wired in the girder 2 and tensely joined with the pillars 1. Next the third cables 5 are similarly arranged. Thereafter precast slabs 7 are installed. Finally cast-in-place concrete 6 is placed in the recessed section as girder concrete. At this time, the girder 2 itself serves as a formwork. Hence, the transport vehicle capacity and weight lifting machine capacity can be reduced, the transport and installation cost can decreased, and the process can be shortened.
