Title:
FLUID PUMP, COOLING DEVICE AND NOTEBOOK-SIZED PERSONAL COMPUTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3896278
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a thickness dimension of a casing of a fluid pump.
SOLUTION: A partition wall part 15 is disposed in a casing 14 and a coolant flow passage 24 is formed at an upper part in the casing 14. A stator 32 having a coil 31 is disposed at a stator part 25 at a central part of the partition wall part 15 and a rotor 34 is disposed in the coolant flow passage. A blade 35 is integrally provided on an outer periphery of a side part of the rotor 34 and a permanent magnet 38 is provided at a lower part of an inner periphery of the side part in opposition to the stator 32. The blade 35 is disposed opposed to a flow-in port and a flow-out port of the casing 14. When the rotor 34 is rotated, a coolant in the coolant flow passage 24 is fed from the flow-out port by centrifugal force and the coolant in a tube flows into the coolant flow passage 24 from the flow-in port.
