To reduce the manufacturing cost of an air pump (blower) while preventing an offset between the shaft center of an impeller and the shaft center of a motor (motor shaft).
A motor casing part 228 and a pump casing part 229 are integrated, and in an integral casing 230 thus integrated, a bearing 236 arranged on the side of the impeller 221 is fixedly positioned in a state inserted in a bore portion 238 formed in the integral casing 230. Dimensional accuracy of the bore portion 238 and assembly accuracy of the bearing 236, if set to specified or stricter values, can produce necessary shaft center accuracy. The manufacturing cost of the air pump (blower) 220 can be thus reduced while the necessary shaft center accuracy is ensured, by virtue of the absence of necessity for strict control on dimensional accuracy of component parts of a pump and component parts of the motor, assembly accuracy of the pump and assembly accuracy of the motor.
