A fluid pump includes an outer rotor R1 with an internal tooth 1 formed to be rotatably driven around a first rotary shaft center X1, an inner rotor R2 with an external tooth 2 which meshes with an internal tooth 1 of the outer rotor R1 formed to be rotatable around a second rotary shaft center X2 different from the first rotary shaft center X1, and a housing H which holds the outer rotor R1 and the inner rotor R2 and includes an intake port which intakes fluid into a space formed between the outer rotor R1 and the inner rotor R2 and a discharge port which discharges the fluid from the space on a right side in a rotating direction of the intake port. A recessed concave section 10 is provided on an outer side on a tooth base of the outer rotor R1.
