A fluid mixing valve includes: a third opening 9 communicating with a first opening 3 in which hot water flows and a second opening 6 in which water flows, through an internal space 12 of a body 2; a motor 16 moving a shaft 13 penetrating the body 2 in a longitudinal direction of the body 2, while rotating the shaft 13; first and second flanges 24, 25 disposed to the shaft 13 to be axially separated from each other; a first valve element 21 and a second valve element 22 fitted and inserted in a portion between the flanges 24, 25, rotatably and to be axially movable; a spring 23 interposed between the valve elements 21, 22 to push the valve elements 21, 22 against the first and second flanges 24, 25; a first stopper 29 preventing movement of the first valve element 21 along with the movement of the shaft 13; and a second stopper 31 preventing the movement of the second valve element 22 along with the movement of the shaft 13. A projection 42a and a recess 43a are respectively disposed to the first element 21 and the second element 22 to regulate relative rotating operation thereof.
