Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost fluid control valve capable of demonstrating stable sealing performance with less number of parts.SOLUTION: A motor assembly 42 is mounted on a valve cover 412, and converts rotation of a stepping motor into linear advancement motion to move a valve shaft 44 in an axial direction in a valve housing 41. A valve member 45 mounted on the valve shaft 44 moves with the valve shaft 44 to open and close an air pressure regulating valve 4 by being seated on or separated from a pressure regulating valve seat 411f. The valve member 45 has a valve frame 451, on which a seal member 452 is mounted. A mounting part 451d of the valve frame 451 is caulked to a support body 445 of the tip end of the valve shaft 44. The valve shaft 44 is projected from the motor assembly 42 and supported movably by a shaft retainer 412e formed on the valve cover 412.
