Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid sealed type cylindrical vibration isolation device having a novel structure that easily secures flexibility in tuning vibration isolation characteristics by an orifice passage even when it is a small-diameter type.SOLUTION: A fluid sealed type cylindrical vibration isolation device 10 which has an inner shaft member 12 and an outer cylinder member 14 coupled by a rubber elastic body 16 and also has first and second fluid chambers 108 and 110, in which a non-compressive fluid is sealed, linked by an orifice passage 104 has the rubber elastic body 16 constituted including a first end rubber wall 40 and a second end rubber wall 48 coupling the inner shaft member 12 and the outer cylinder member 14 elastically on both length-directional sides respectively and an intermediate rubber wall 64 coupling them elastically at a length-directionally intermediate part. The fluid sealed type cylindrical vibration isolation device is provided with one of the first fluid chamber 108 and the second fluid chamber 110 on each of both length-directional sides of the intermediate rubber wall 64, and also provided with the orifice passage 104 extending forward and backward along a length of the inner shaft member 12 or the outer cylinder member 14 and zigzag in a peripheral direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
