To provide a fluid-sealed type vibration control device, preventing covering of a guide groove by a flexible film while effectively ensuring a guide action of fluid flow by the guide groove formed on a surface of a main rubber elastic body at an opening part of an orifice passage, in a fluid-sealed type vibration control device of specified structure wherein a pressure receiving chamber and an equilibrium chamber are formed to sandwich the main rubber elastic body therebetween.

The orifice passage 116 is formed to an outer peripheral part of the main rubber elastic body 16, the guide groove 44 extended on a tapered outer surface of the main rubber elastic body 16 from the opening part on an equilibrium chamber 110 side to a small diameter side, and an elastic spacer projection part 45 projecting outward from the surface of the main rubber elastic body 16 is formed integrally with a portion where the guide groove 44 is formed.
