Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize sealability of sealing fluid at a high degree through simple structure, in an insertion pole utilized as a hole for disposing the drive shaft of a rotary valve and a hole for an air passage for controlling an air pressure and formed in the cylindrical part of a second mounting member.
SOLUTION: In the cylindrical part 24 of a second mounting member 14, a partition member 46 is situated in an inserted state with a seal rubber 43 located therebetween. In the partition member 46, by forming large protrusion parts on both sides in a radial direction where a through-hole 47 formed in the cylindrical part 24 is positioned, a nipping force exerted on the seal rubber 43 between the cylindrical part 24 and the partition member 46 is increased at the periphery of the through-hole.
