Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simply manufacture and process a scroll fluid machine by preliminarily coating a sealing surface on one scroll with a coating material different in abrasion rate and hardness from another scroll. CONSTITUTION:A sealing surface 34a of a driven scroll 34 is coated with a coating material 37 such as plastic resin which is higher in abrasion rate and lower in hardness than a sealing surface of a drive scroll 31. Then, when the driven scroll 34 and the drive scroll 31 are eccentrically assembled, a sealing property is obtained at a sealing part A between a bed plate 32 of the drive scroll 31 and a coil body 36 of the driven scroll 34 and a sealing part B between the both coiled bodies 33 and 36. Subsequently, when each of the sealing surfaces 31a and 34a is pressed alternately in the diametrical direction and the axial direction and the both scrolls 31 and 34 are synchronously rotated, the coating material 37 is abrased. Consequently, it is possible to absorb a dimensional error of a scroll assembling body, and it is needless to set a shape and position relation at high precision at the time of manufacture and process.
