Abstract:
PURPOSE: To stabilize turning property of a rotary valve for a long period of time by preventing adhesion of rubber residue which floats in liquid on a slide face of the rotary valve which changes over an orifice passage.
CONSTITUTION: At least one recessed groove 70 which extends in the direction which is orthogonal to the direction of rotation of a rotary valve 84 is provided on at least either of an outer peripheral face of the rotary valve 84 and a slide contact face 76 with which the outer peripheral face of the rotary valve 84 contacts.
