Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the rigidity of an orifice passage and to prevent a characteristic reduction caused by the leakage of liquid from the orifice passage.
SOLUTION: A fluid sealing type vibration control device includes inner and outer cylinders and a rubber body and two liquid rooms are formed in its inside. An orifice passage for communicating the liquid rooms with each other is made of a metal orifice forming member 11 different from the rubber body. The orifice forming member 11 is circular-arc, fitted in a recessed part provided in the rubber body side and an orifice groove 12 is recessed in its outer peripheral surface. A coating layer 23 made of silicone rubber or the like is laid on the outer peripheral surface of the orifice forming member 11 coming into contact with the outer cylinder by a transfer method or the like and when the outer cylinder is caulked and fitted, the device is surely sealed.
