Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect whether a fluid sensor is out of order or not during the detection of a flow rate and flow speed of the fluid by controlling a valve opening sensor so as to output a detection value of the specified cycle, which alternately shows values larger and smaller than the detection value of a fluid sensor at the time of normal operation of the fluid sensor.
SOLUTION: In the case of the structure that detection value of a valve opening sensor 5 is changed on the basis of the driving signal, a control means 10a supplies the driving signal of the specified cycle to the valve opening sensor 5 and controls the valve open degree sensor 5 so as to output the detection value of the specified cycle, which alternately shows values larger and smaller than the detection value of a fluid sensor 3 at the normal operation time of the fluid sensor 3. With a processing by the control means 10a, in the case where the fluid sensor 3 is normally operated, a comparing means 11 generates the signal at the same cycle as the cycle of the driving signal to be supplied by the control means 10a, and a detecting means 12 detects this signal so as to detect that the fluid sensor 3 is normally operated. In the case where detection value of the fluid sensor 3 is charged on the basis of the driving signal, the control means 10b supplies the signal.
