Abstract:
To provide a fluid servo valve in which a flapper displacement (flow rate) characteristic to a current value can achieve a characteristic superior in linearity and controllability.SOLUTION: A closed loop magnetic circuit is composed of an electromagnet, a flapper 24 and a yoke material. The flapper itself is elastically deformed by suction force of Maxwell generated between a magnetic pole of the electromagnet and the flapper, so that a separation distance between nozzles 29, 30 and the flapper becomes variable to control a fluid pressure and a flow rate. The electromagnet, the magnetic pole, the nozzles and the flapper are constituted so that change of a magnetic gap is directly applied as change of an air gap, differently from a conventional servo valve of a rigid flapper structure oscillated on a fulcrum as a center.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
