Abstract:
To reduce the energy consumption of a fluid supply device which supplies and discharges fluid to/from a double-acting actuator for relatively turning two links which are connected to each other via a joint.SOLUTION: In a fluid supply device 10 for supplying and discharging a working fluid to/from first and second fluid chambers 31, 32 of a double-acting actuator 3 for relatively turning two links 5a, 5b or the like which are connected to each other via joints Ja, Jb, the fluid supply device adjusts hydraulic pressure in the first fluid chamber 31 by using a linear solenoid valve 151 or the like, adjusts hydraulic pressure in the second fluid chamber 32 by using the linear solenoid valve 152 or the like, and when making the double-acting actuator 3 generate a force in a direction reverse to an operation direction, the fluid supply device makes one output port 15o for supplying the working fluid to either of the first and second fluid chambers 31, 32 out of the paired linear solenoid valves 151, 152 or the like communicate with a pressurization tank 11 via a drain port 15d.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
