Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a fluid transfer device free from noise, abrasion, etc., by driving the fluid directly with electromagnetic force.
CONSTITUTION: The fluid flows in through an inlet port 11 and flows out from an outlet port 12. Provided are an electrode device 14 for causing the current to flow in the direction orthogonal to the transferring direction 13 of the fluid and a strong magnetic field generating device 16 for generating magnetic field in the direction orthogonal to the transferring direction 13 of the fluid and to the direction of the current 15. If the strong magnetic field and the current are generated, then driving power is generated in the fluid by the law of Fleming's left-hand, so that the fluid is transferred.
