To efficiently transfer sewage residue without causing flocculation of the sewage residue after crushing with respect to a fluid transferring apparatus for carrying out fluid transfer of the sewage residue removed from sewage.
The sewage residue in a stream from a stream trough 10 is subjected to crushing of a first step by an inflow side crusher 12 and once is sent to an acceptance water tank 14 from an inflow port 30. The sewage residue in the acceptance water tank 14 is subjected to crushing of a second step by an outflow side crusher 16 from an outflow port 32 and then is discharged from a suction pipe 18 under suction by a discharge pump 20. The acceptance water tank 14 is constituted of a rectangular upper side box part 14a having the inflow port 30 and a conical lower side box part 14b narrowing downward and having the outflow port 32. Thereby a straight water stream can be obtained and the sewage residue subjected to crushing of the first step by the inflow side crusher 12 is sent to the outflow side crusher 16 without causing flocculation in the acceptance water tank 14 and crushing of the second step can be efficiently performed.
