To provide a fluid transferring device which transfers strong corrosive fluid which is a volatile dangerous substance to generate a poisonous gas.
This fluid transferring device comprises: fluid piping 1 inserted from an opening 8a of a container 8 in which the fluid is preserved, dipped in the fluid for allowing the fluid to move therein; driving means 2, 3, 4 for driving the fluid preserved in the container to allow the fluid to move in the fluid piping; an expandable and contractible surrounding outer wall 5 surrounding the fluid piping on its outer side, expandable and contractible in the expanding direction of the fluid piping, and having an opening end part larger than the opening of the container at its end side to which the fluid piping is inserted; and an air discharging means for discharging the air from the inside surrounded by the expandable and contractible surrounding outer wall through an air discharge passage.
