PURPOSE: To obtain such a fluid transferring device as requiring no rotating flow/forwarding flow conversion mechanism by generating a magnetic field and electric field in the direction of the inside of the plane at right angles in the flowing direction against fluid, and transferring the fluid in a duct in the flowing direction from an entrance to an edit by providing force in the flowing direction against the fluid.
CONSTITUTION: Directional force F=I×B corresponding to the flowing direction A acts on fluid 20 by Fleming's left-hand rule. Even if magnetic flux density B and a direction of the current or the displacement current I is a reverse direction, the direction of the force F to be acted on the fluid 20 is the flowing direction A by Fleming's left-hand rule. In other words, the fluid 20 receives always the directional force F corresponding to the flowing direction A. Accordingly, the fluid 20 is transferred in the flowing direction from an entrance 11 toward an exit 12 through the inside of a duct 10.
