Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a chip in a blade when it is assembled in a shell, by providing a chamfer in the edge of a pawl, fitted to the last groove, of the pawls formed in a side edge of the blade where it is connected with the shell. CONSTITUTION:A blade 2 is formed in a shape having a shell adapted end 2A protrusively curved corresponding to a shell internal surface 1A, and this shell adapted end 2A protrusively provides from the side of a stator adjacent end 2D the first pawl 12 inserted to a groove belonging to an internal peripheral line A, the second pawl 22 inserted to a groove belonging to an intermediate line B and the third pawl 23 inserted to a groove belonging to a peripheral line C. And the blade, forming an edge of the third pawl 23 with one part in a curved surface 2a of small radius of curvature due to a sag generated in press punching and the other in a chamfered curved surface 2b of large radius of curvature molded by press work, surely prevents the generation of a chip when the pawl is inserted to the groove belonging to the peripheral line C.
