Abstract:

To provide a fluid transmission device having locally and wholly reduced vibration sounds such as booming sounds.

The fluid transmission device comprises a pre-damper 10 for transmitting driving force via a first damper spring 14 to a front cover 20, a fluid transmission mechanism 30 for transmitting driving force transmitted to a pump 31, via operating fluid to a turbine 32, a piston member 40 arranged between the front cover 20 and the fluid transmission mechanism 30 for outputting driving force to an output shaft 200, a dynamic damper 60 for connecting the piston member 40 to the turbine 32 via a second damper spring 63, a lock-up clutch 50 for engaging the front cover 20 with the piston member 40, a turbine clutch 70 for engaging the turbine 32 with the piston member 40, and a hydraulic control device 80 for controlling pressure in PORT 1, pressure in PORT 2, and pressure in PORT 3 to control the lock-up clutch 50 and the turbine clutch 70.
