To obtain a system for transporting fluid in the form of heat carrier in which heat transmission rate of a heat exchanger is enhanced while reducing power loss of a pump.
Heat exchangers 3, 4 at heat source section and heat radiating section 2 are coupled through a supply path pipe 5 and a return path pipe 6 to constitute a circulation path and a pump 7 is coupled in the way of the pipe 5. The circulation path is filled with water added with surfactant or an organic matter, e.g. polyethylene glycol, for reducing power loss of the pump. Fluid stirrers 9, 11 are disposed, while being contained in enclosures 8, 10, at the inlet of the heat exchangers 3, 4. The stirrer 9, 11 has a propeller being turned automatically as a fluid flows. Micelle in the fluid (water) is cut temporarily through rotation of the stirrers 9, 11 and a laminar flow in the pipes 5, 6 is changed into turbulent state. Since turbulent state is sustained in the heat exchangers 3, 4, heat transmission rate is enhanced.
