Abstract:
To provide a fluid treating module appropriate especially to handle a high-purity fluid by separation or catalytic treatment.
This fluid treating module is provided with at least one treating thin membrane 1 consisting of a porous sintered material, a strong tube case 11, a rigid presser plate 31 provided on one or respective ends of the case and having a coating 33 resistant to a fluid to be treated and at least one compensating plate 21 capable of sliding on the coating. The size and thickness of the compensating plate are designed so that the sealing of the module is compensated over the whole working temp. range.
