PURPOSE: To improve the treatment efficiency by positioning a fluid taking-out opening at the lower part and a fluid return opening at the upper part of vessel, providing a heating means in the downstream of the treatment unit, and returning the fluid to the vessel after treated and heated.
CONSTITUTION: A piping 2 is so provided that the liquid is taken out of a vessel 1 such as a tank, a pool, etc., and returned again to the vessel 1 after treatment such as filtration, chemical treatment, etc., A pump 3 and the heating means 5 are arranged in this piping 2, and the liquid taking-out opening 6 is positioned at the lower part of the vessel 1, and the liquid return opening 7 is opened above the liquid surface or in the liquid. In this constitution, the liquid taken out of vessel 1 by the pump 3 is treated in the treatment unit 4, heated by the heating means 5, and then returned to the vessel 1. In this case, the heated liquid after treatment is kept in the upper layer and the raw liquid is sent to the lower layer so that each layer is separated because of the density difference between the heated liquid and the raw of ordinary temp. And only the raw liquid in the lower layer is taken out through the liquid taking-out opening 6 to be treated with the result that the treatment efficiency is improved.
