Abstract:
PURPOSE:To maintain a constant pressure of fluid supply for the valve device which supplies and exhausts the air for the air massager or the like, by providing the bellows which links to the fluid supply port of the valve device and detects the supply pressure plus the limit switch which detects the action of the bellows and then opens and closes the driving unit. CONSTITUTION:Cylindrical fluid sucking port 2 is protruded at the upper part of cylindrical sleeve 1, and plural numbers of fluid supply and exhaustion ports 3 and 4 are provided at the lower part of sleeve 1 respectively. Then valve substance 5 is provided within sleeve 1 in the free up-down movable and freely rotatably, and at the same time bottomed fitting hole 6 is provided at the center of the sleeve to be fitted with port 2 along with cylindrical protudred part 7 formed at the lower part of the sleeve to fit to port 3 respectively. Then substance 5 is pushed up and turned to fix driving shaft 11 of driving unit 10 using the solenoid to give the successive linkage between ports 2 and 3 and then between ports 3 and 4 to valve driving plate 9. In addition, bellows 13 linking port 3 is provided along with limit switch 14 added to make and break the power supply of unit 10 after detection of the bellow's action. Thus the supply pressure of the fluid to port 2 can be maintained at a certain level.
