PURPOSE: To enhance the cleaning effect in a wide low flow range under stable vibration by providing a pair of branch passages through which jet streams from a main nozzle flow alternately, and by arranging a jet port, merging the streams and communicating with the atmosphere, in opposite to the main nozzle with a water feed passage being disposed therebetween.
CONSTITUTION: A water feed pipe 10 is attached to a nozzle cover 9 which holds together a packing 8 and a nozzle body 7 so as to form a nozzle main body 1. A water feed passage 3 in the nozzle body 7 is connected to a water introduction passage 12 in the nozzle cover 9. Fluid from this water feed passage 3 is jetted through a main nozzle 2 and flows through arcuated branch passages 4, 4' located downstream of the main nozzle 2. Steams from the branch passages 4, 4' are merged together on the downstream side on which the branch passages 4, 4' are opposed to the main nozzle 2 with the water feed passage 3 being disposed therebetween, and accordingly, the merged stream is jetted into the atmosphere from a flared jet port 5. The nozzle body 7 has a simple channel pattern which is formed by substantially arcuated walls between which the water feed passage 3 is arranged at the center thereof so as to offer a low flow range having stable vibration, thereby it is possible to produce a compact fluid vibrating nozzle with a high cleaning effect.
