Abstract:

To provide a fluidic power control device that suppresses rotational resistance during low rotation of a rotary shaft and can rapidly perform projecting/retracting operation of a projecting/retracting member.

A fluidic power control device 5 controls power from a rotary shaft 41 rotatably supported at the lower end of a rear leg section 21 via fluid with respect to a drum 55 fixed on the rear leg section. The fluidic power control device 5 includes an inner rotor 51 rotating integrally with the rotary shaft 41, an outer rotor 53 for sealing the inner rotor 51 while providing a first space 52, the drum 55 for sealing the outer rotor 53 while providing a second space 54, projecting/retracting members 56 that engage with the outer rotor 53 and rotate integrally with it when projecting due to the centrifugal force of the inner rotor 51, energizing springs 57 that energize the projecting/retracting members 56 so as to retract, make the projecting/retracting members 56 project when the centrifugal force of the inner rotor 51 is larger than the energizing force, and make the projecting/retracting members 56 retract when the centrifugal force is smaller than the energizing force, and a dilatant fluid R2 filled in the second space 54.
