To allow a fluidic type gas flowmeter to carry out accurate flow rate measurement in a low flow rate zone with a flow sensor, by preventing a disturbance noise through a cable from affecting an analogue signal, relating to a fluidic type gas flowmeter that measurer the consumption of gas with a low flow rate zone measurement flow sensor and a high flow rate zone measurement fluidic type oscillation detecting sensor.
A flow sensor 15 and a drive circuit 24, an amplification circuit 25, an A/D(analogue/digital) converter 26, and a data communication means 27 for it mounted on the same substrate 30. The flow sensor drive circuit 24 and the data communication means 27 are connected to a micro computer 20 with a cable for sending/receiving a digital signal through the cable, meanwhile such analogue signal easy to be affected by a disturbance noise is sent/ received only on the substrate 30, not through the cable.
