Abstract:

To provide fluidized bed drying equipment capable of efficiently performing a continuous operation by preventing adhesion.

This fluidized bed drying equipment for fluidizing and drying brown coal 101 as a dried substance supplied to a fluidized bed drier 102 by supplying a fluidizing gas to the fluidized bed drier 102, includes a dust collector 105 disposed in a generated steam line for discharging the generated steam 104 generated from the fluidized bed drier to remove power dust, a superheater 131 for superheating the generated steam immediately after discharged from the fluidized bed drier, one or both of detecting means of a temperature meter 133 for detecting temperature information of the generated steam in the generated steam line, and pressure meters 132a, 132b for detecting pressure information, and a control means 135 for detecting generation of condensation in the generated steam 104, and performing the control of superheating the generated steam 104 by the superheater 131 as a countermeasure for preventing the generation of condensation.
