Title:
FLUIDIZED BED FURNACE AND CYCLONE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2002206705
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a fluidized bed furnace or a cyclone to prevent an iron plate from being heated to red heat through large scale blow-by of gas.

Since a furnace wall 1 of a furnace body part 20 where a bed material is present in high density and a high pressure difference occurs is provided with a lattice-form partition plate 11, even when crack occurs to a fire resisting castable material and a heat insulation castable material, of which the furnace wall 1 consists, due to deterioration with time, enlargement of the crack is blocked and no crack grows to a long one exceeding the size of the lattice of the partition plate 11. Thereby, since a crack long enough to allow the occurrence of large scale blow-by of high temperature combustion gas does not occur, the shell of the outer wall of the furnace wall 1 is prevented from being heated to red heat.
