Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a fluidized bed furnace, never producing the stagnated part even when granular ore containing large grain size ore is charged as the material of the furnace, having stability in fluidizing which is hardly precluded and easy in the constitution of a discharging pipe.
CONSTITUTION: At a corner section whereat the peripheral rim of the upper surface of a disperser 3 is connected to the inner surface of the side wall 1a of the furnace body, a slanted surface 7 slanted downwardly toward the inside (near the inside) of the furnace body with an angle higher than the angle of the rest of granular ore while including one part of a gas nozzle 3a is installed. The section of the upper surface of the disperser 3, which is inside of the slanted surface 7, is made flat while a discharging pipe 6, of ore is provided in a route from the vicinity of the corner section to the outside of the furnace while penetrating through the side wall of the furnace body.
