Abstract:

To provide a fluidized bed gasification furnace and its monitoring/controlling method capable of easily detecting a state of a fluidized bed such as a bed height and defective flowing in a fluidized bed gasification furnace, and specifying a position of occurrence of local defective flowing.

This fluidized bed gasification furnace 1 generating a thermal decomposition gas 53 by thermally decomposing a waste 50, having a plurality of blast boxes 10a, 10b arranged in parallel with each other at a furnace lower portion, and forming a fluidized bed 9 by fluidizing fluid sand by combustion air 51 supplied into the furnace through the blast boxes, comprises a first group of temperature sensors 23, 24, 25 including at least one temperature sensor 23 positioned in the fluidized bed 9 in starting the fluidized bed gasification furnace 1, and composed of the plurality of temperature sensors arranged in the depth direction of the fluidized bed, and a second group of temperature sensors 21, 24, 22 composed of a plurality of temperature sensors disposed in the arrangement direction of the blast boxes, and the position of defective flowing is specified on the basis of a temperature distribution obtained from the groups of temperature sensors.
