To provide a fluidized bed gasification furnace with superior sealing performance capable of smoothly moving a bed material including noncombustibles downward without stagnation from a fluidized bed part through a noncombustible discharge passage to a noncombustible discharge device, and suppressing the generation of clinkers by welding of the bed material while stably continuing gasification by the fluidized bed gasification furnace, efficiently classifying char and the bed material in the fluidized bed part, supplying the char to a melting furnace side, and suppressing inclusion of the char in the noncombustible discharge passage.
In the fluidized bed gasification furnace gasifying combustibles supplied in a circulation flow of the bed material, and sending them to a melting means for melting ash contents, the fluidized bed 11 part of the fluidized bed gasification furnace 10 has a substantially rectangular horizontal cross sectional shape, it has an noncombustible discharge opening 18 for discharging the bed material and the noncombustibles accompanying the bed material in one side or a pair of opposing sides, and the noncombustible discharge opening 18 is provided in a lower end part of the fluidized bed 11 part.
