Abstract:

To provide a fluidized bed gasifying device, constituted so as to be capable of desulfurizing a gasified gas at a high temperature as it is in order not to reduce a thermal efficiency.

A fluidized bed coal gasifying device 1 is constituted of an oxidizing unit 1c, in which a first stage fluidized bed is formed, a, gasifying unit 1b, in which a second fluidized bed is formed, and a desulfurizing unit 1a, in which a third fluidized bed is formed. In said fluidized bed coal gasifying device 1, coal 100, supplied into the second fluidized bed of the gasifying unit 1b, is gasified and is discharged through the desulfurizing unit 1a as gasified gas 601. Gasified gas 602, passed through a gas cooler 60, is guided to a contacting unit 2. The contacting unit 2 is constituted of towers 2a, 2b having desulfurizing agent consisting at least either one of zinc titanate and copper oxide while one of the towers is operated as a desulfurizing tower 2a and the other of them is operated as a regerating tower 2b by a switching valve 9. The gasified gas 602 is desulfurized in the desulfurizing tower 2a to a low concentration of sulfur as it keeps a high temperature.
