PURPOSE: To prevent imperfect fluidity due to piled subjects while to effect smooth incineration of a fluidized bed and eliminate necessity of installing complicated pre- crushing devices by separating and discharging large-sized non-combustible objects easily and surely.
CONSTITUTION: Wastes discharged from a town or the like is thrown into a hopper 8 and is supplied to a fluidized bed forming zone 2 in a incinerator by an exturding machine 9. Fluid heat mediums are fluidized by air being blown out of a plurality of cylindrical air blowing tubes 1 arranged below said zone 2 in parallel at a predetermined distance and rotatable toward a same direction, and thus, combustible objects are burnt. In this case, large-sized non-combustible objects are sunk onto the said air blowing tubes 1 and are discharged from a discharge port 4 by the rotation of the air blowing tubes 1, while small-sized non-combustible objects are dropped through gaps between each air blowing tubes 1 into a filling layer forming zone 5 and are discharged together with burnt residues from a discharging port 13 by a screw conveyor 6 provided at the bottom portion of the incinerator, and thus, smooth incineration at the fluid bed is to be effected.
