Abstract:

To prevent the segregation of grains by extracting a reaction product having a uniform average grain amt. from an upper extraction pipe.

This reactor is provided with a gas fluidized bed 14 formed in a reaction tower 10a and an upper extraction pipe 12 connected to the side wall of the reaction tower 10a close to the surface of the fluidized bed 14 and extracting the granular reaction product formed on the surface of the fluidized bed 14. A baffle 31 which is 1 to 5cm away from the inner face of the side wall and extended downward from an opening 12a having 5 to 40cm length is furnished to the opening 12a of the side wall to which the upper extraction pipe 12 is connected to cover the opening 12a.
