Title:
FLUIDIZED BED REFUSE INCINERATOR WITH CHLORIDE REMOVING FUNCTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2748216
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To suppress regeneration of hydrogen chloride due to decomposition of chloride and suppress generation of a scale of a heat transfer tube of a downstream of a free board by efficiently separating and removing the chloride generated when the hydrogen chloride due to combustion of chlorine compound in refuse is desalted in a layer.
CONSTITUTION: A fluidized bed refuse incinerator 10 with desalting in a layer reacts hydrogen chloride due to combustion of chlorine compound in refuse with desalting agent in a fluidized bed 12 of the incinerator 10 to chloride and comprises a two-stage classifier 44 which has a screen 40 having rough mesh at an upper stage in an exhaust tube 16 connected to a lower part of the layer 12 and a screen 42 having fine mesh at a lower stage. Further, a nonflammable matter extraction tube 46 is connected to an upper side of the screen 40 of the upper stage, and a fluidized medium circulating conduit 30 is connected to an upper side of the screen 42 of the lower stage.
